Juliette was the younger sister of Marjoli, and her sister’s peer in sorcerous research. Juliette’s talent was in Confinement, and she created some of the most powerful Arcana and Relics in the history of the empire. She was a gifted architect, and constructed many of the great castles of the empire.

Juliette was said to be a student of Collector Bremain. Legend has it that Juliette was instructed by her teacher to construct a unique castle. Under his direction, she built the Maker’s Doll Armory. For her service, she was rewarded with a place among his Golden Hounds.
